First off, I'd like to say thanks to Cox (and the users who have helped me with issues) throughout the years. Great customer service, great forum.
Besides a few minutes of downtime here and there, I have been pleased with my service. From the actual product, to customer service.
However, I will be switching over to FiOS, as it IS slightly cheaper and the internet package is a tad faster. I know I'm going to have to put up with the terrible customer service, however.
So I would just like to say, thank you, and if I ever change my mind, I know exactly which company I'm coming back to.
