I've got a service call open for this, but just in case our friendly Cox guys can do some digging before Friday morning:
Since this afternoon, I've been getting ~300Mbps down, average 0.5Mbps up on my Ultimate service. It's usually solid 30Mbps up. The problem persists across modem restarts, and occurs even with a computer directly connected to the modem. The modem reports normal signal levels.
The odd feature is that the upload shows a sawtooth pattern. Normally, I get a curve that starts a bit low and rises to 30Mbps and then holds there. Now, it rises to 1Mbps, then drops off to 500Kbps before rising suddenly to 1Mbps again. I've never seen the upload act like that with Cox before.
I can't help wondering if someone screwed up my local node while doing Gigablast work or something...
