I just got off the live chat with Cox and ordered Gigablast. I already have DOCSIS 3.1 gigablast but from the chat, this seems to be Fiber gigablast.
I'm just worried that they may not know the difference.
The first thing that worries me is that I had to order the required Modem/Router which is:
DOCSIS 3.1 Panoramic WiFi Modem (Rental)
but I specifically asked about that in the chat:

So i went ahead and hit next on the order and set the appt for the earliest available which was July 13th.
There was a $75 install fee which does make me think that it is Fiber.... Can anyone off any insight?
