Cox says nothing is wrong....

So i just got Cox on monday(may 21st, 2018). Every day I am having severe latency issues, disconnects from anything I am using(Netflix, online radio, gaming). So I called and the tech couldn't find my info at all. Apparently the install never finished properly on their end(how I have had internet is a mystery). He got my mac address, serial number and finished the install manually. He had me reboot my modem. He says everything is fine on his end.
