I just hooked up my SB8200 today. I see it came with a very old firmware - D31CM-PEREGRINE-1.0.0.2-GA-01-NOSH. I was told it would be updated during provisioning, and it was not. Is this something that is updated over night during maintenance? Would it take a long time to get pushed to me?
My activation was a little screwy. When I setup my modem and called in, instead of going to the "walled garden" it gave me full external connectivity. The rep deactivated my other modem and took all the information about my SB8200 like normal, and reset it. Have the feeling something odd might have happened.
