[KS] Got a blue light today! But with a 99.99% reduction in speed :(

So, uhh.. Last night we had another maintenance window. Scheduled from midnight-6am like last time. I noticed that connections were restored after about 15 minutes though, and accompanying it came a blue light. I noticed that I was only getting 0.5Mbps downstream, with correctable/uncorrectable errors in the millions after only a few minutes. Mentally wrote it off as some possible ongoing work. Not going to jump to any conclusions until after the maintenance window closes, you know? Come 10am, and speeds are still horrendous. Power cycle everything (modem, router, PCs - twice). No help at all. Also noticing that I've only got a single blue light, not double. Stuck out as odd, and here's what's interesting: The upstream is decent, I'm getting a minimum of 27Mbps - green light. Downstream is blue, but only getting 0.5Mbps (1.2 max). I usually get 320/32 or so. This is just a snippet of my status page: https://imgur.com/SNJw7Zu I'd show more, but trying to access all this remotely is horrendous (input lag of about 10 seconds - imagine scrolling). That's actually the cleanest I've ever seen it, too. Only 15 minutes of uptime, so you can see there's a couple problem channels still. I wouldn't think that 3.1 would cause worse performance, right? Online tech cleared modem cache, restarted modem a couple times, etc. Speeds act normal for all of 30 seconds, then slow to a crawl. Everything has been working perfect since the tech came out ~3 weeks ago and replaced some cabling outside. Area is Pittsburg, KS in case Jim happens to see (didn't see us on a roadmap for 3.1 even, thought it was interesting). uid://1921202 since you saw some of my other posts, figured I'd link you this one. I figure you'll find it neat in a way. I enjoy seeing the oddities that happen with tech. Did a new post so not to confuse it with past problems. Those problems seem to be (mostly) fixed. Unnoticeable unless digging around at least. I'm at a loss. Emergency tech was scheduled for a couple hours from now. Anything I may be completely overlooking?
