[Modem] Is it just me, or does this not mean the line is bad..?

https://i.imgur.com/YH3ZpBL.jpg (Status Page) https://i.imgur.com/pPdmWiJ.png (Up Time) That's a screenshot of my modem's status page. It's literally always like this. I can restart it, and within minutes I have tens of thousands of uncorrectables. Hundreds of thousands per hour. If it were only correctable codewords, that'd be one thing. But this much accumulation in under 4 days? Really? I'm told by support that literally nothing is wrong with my connection. The inability to keep any device connected to the internet, even directly into the modem, says otherwise. There was a 6-hour maintenance window not too long ago, and I was hopeful that maybe some line repairs were going on - hence why they chopped everyone's connection for hours here. It would have been great if it improved these errors even a little, but it's actually made our sporadic connection drops worse, along with errors accumulating even more frequently, it seems. I noticed that there was a shift in the channel frequencies that the modem is using after the maintenance took place. Replacing a channel with an acceptable error rate with one that has 100x the errors of my "normal" ones, but not nearly as bad as the error prone channels. Screenshot of other users status pages on here haven't had anywhere near this many errors, even over weeks of up time, usually in the hundreds at most. My question here is; Am I really as dumb as Cox makes me out to be? We are randomly being completely disconnected from access to the internet, more and more frequently. I just don't get it..
