We have a SBG658 and over the last few weeks have been having major issues with speed dropping to a crawl. If we unplug the Modem and let it reboot it solves the problem for a bit but it eventually creeps back. Every time we call Cox the just have us go thorough the whole unplug reboot the modem bit and because that fixes it for them moment they say thats all they can do. I am hoping some one here can help me make since of what is going on.
