As mentioned in another thread I have 30 day old service. From day 1 the phone could not get an incoming call. Internet and TV have been fine. Tech came yesterday and we got phone working. Something about the modem being stuck in Tools mode. Up until I went to bed last night everything was working.
Sometime after 1:44 this morning I lost internet. Link light is not on. I have unpowered and powered the modem. Disconnected the coax each time. Asked for a reset via the web tools. No joy.
When powering on the lights come on including Link. Then the Tel1 lights blinks. Then the Tel2 light blinks. Then they both blink. If I take the phone off-hook the Tel1 light come on solid and the Link light goes off.
Tech coming again tomorrow morning.
I long for Ma Bell, Western Electric and 19.2k baud. 😊
