[AZ] Just got an overage email from Cox

I went 7GB over my 300GB limit. I want to thank Cox Cable for their top-notch customer service in explaining their cap to me. I called and asked them: 1) How much can I use going forward until the next cycle starts? They couldn't tell me 2) If I go over next month, will I be disconnected? Oh no, but after that? The Rep told me that multiple letters is different. What does that mean? No answer 3) BTW, how accurate is the meter? Very accurate says the Rep. I told him that I really do not think I was anywhere near 300GB...he told me that I was and that was the end of it (he didn't say those exact words but ended that topic by moving to another) 4) I am told this is just a notification....but the Rep also tells me that it is a warning. Warning for what? Again, he couldn't tell me. He just kept telling me that Cox wouldn't disconnect me or charge me for overages yet would take "additional steps" in the future to which he wouldn't go into detail Awesome...so, I have a limit....nobody knows if it is correct....you can't go over it...and if you do you may get into trouble....what that trouble is I don't know.
