Seeing lots of timeouts when accessing pop.cox.net (encrypted) to download mail from about 6 or so accounts. Strangely, these timeouts showed up shortly after (week or so) getting a Heads Up email from Cox saying Cox was only going to be accepting encrypted pop and smtp accessing starting soon.
Anywho, it's not clear what is causing this - accounts that receive little email seem to be timing out more than accounts that receive daily email but that MAY be a red herring-type observation (for example, while typing this an incoming email was successfully downloaded just after a manual test resulted in timeouts).
