Last week, I called Cox and spoke with retention about lowering my bill since we're trying to cut costs at home. It was seriously such a horrible experience, kinda like pulling teeth, I almost got tempted to seriously disconnect my services.
Anyway, the retention rep mentioned that the speeds would be going from 15M to 30M in the middle of December. Has anyone else heard anything? Wondering how credible this claim was.
