Zero rated data begins?

watchtv.cox.com is now explicitly cap exempt. I know it is "their" domain and network, but perusing old threads showed that data was being pulled from outside cox's network on a few instances. Notice the "or video content" doesn't mention Cox providing that or even managing it. https://www.cox.com/aboutus/policies/speeds-and-data-plans.html New:Footnotes Data Plans: A Data Plan is the amount of data included within your monthly Internet package, measured in Gigabytes and Terabytes, as indicated above.
