I have repeatedly contacted Cox via phone, tech visits, emails, etc in regards to my SNR values unsuccessfully. I also have confirmation that my entire node averages about 35db. I am at a dead end as far as what else I can do. I have even been told by a FTS tech that "SNR doesn't matter on FTTH"....which is absolutely not the case. Most signal level screenshots I see posted online from all provider's show 39db or above.... usually in the low 40s.
My question is this, any other ideas to get them to correct this? I have exhausted my efforts via the usual methods & not quite sure what else I can do. I simply don't want anymore so called "techs" in my home to waste more of my time, this is clearly not an issue in just my home.
