So getting an error trying to play Netflix, error tvq-pm-100 (5.2.12). According to Netflix its an HDCP error. I have this box connected to 2 tvs, 1 via HDMI and the other mirroring via coax. Can Netflix not be played if something is connected to the coax jack? Netflix is blaming the Cox box. Cox doesn't know what the hell they are doing. She had me power cycle my box and then was sure it was an internet issue and tried to send me to their internet tech support team. Seems to me, if they wont allow Netflix without HDMI there should be some kind of disclaimer informing customers as less tech savvy people are going to deal with a lot of frustration getting kicked back and forth.
