I'm in north central CT. When NBC first rolled out the Olympic Channel, my TiVo Roamio tuned it just fine. Now, I get the message "Channel not provided by the tuning adapter." All my other SDV channels work fine; it's just Olympic Channel.
I've tried rebooting the TA and the TiVo; no change. Cox's Twitter team insisted it required a service call, so a contractor came out and swapped out the CableCARD and TA (eventually; he'd never done a TiVo before). No change.
Can any of the Cox techs get someone to check the MTR-700 channel map on the Enfield, CT system to make sure there isn't a typo or something?
