Sigh, got a message in and tried to reply to it and all Cox will do is reject it with this message.

So helpful to refer me to a page that is no help in actually sending the e-mail and has no escalation instructions.
I did forward a copy to thisisnotspam@cox.net which is the only Cox address I know that bypasses the Cox outgoing spam filter. Now I sit and wait for a few hours and retry the message to see if Cox has debugged the faulty filter.
