Still having a ton of issues - bad modem?

I’ve posted about my signal issues before, but now they’re back and they’re just as bad - and I believe the problem is either too high of an upstream power level, or simply a bad modem. A technician came and did something (not sure what) to lower my downstream power levels, but when he did this, my upstream power levels increased. My downstream levels also fluctuate a lot and I’ve got a ton of uncorrectables most of the time. I also have a ton of T3 timeouts in my logs lately. Randomly, the connection will die even though the lights on the modem will indicate that everything is connected. However, the modem is usually unreachable at its status pages when this is happening. Actually, it’s unreachable most of the time, even when the connection is working. As before, I have to unplug the modem and reconnect it...then, everything is fine for a while. When I am able to access the status pages, I observe that the upstream power level is extremely high, always near 50. After the latest reset, they’re in the mid 40s, which is the lowest I’ve seen in a while. Tonight, I noticed slower speeds than normal. It appears the modem was not channel-bonding at all for some reason. A reset fixed that. I’ve attached some screenshots of these issues. I am very sorry that they are out of order. What can be done? The technicians say the levels are fine. I’m at my wit’s end with this, and I’m ready to go back to U-verse. While it was slower, it NEVER went down. I like the Cox service when it’s working, but I cannot depend on it for anything.
