Hi guys/gals,
I have a home in south Scottsdale (McDonald and Granite Reef) and just have the Cox Ultimate Tier service (No TV). When it was first installed, it was pretty solid but as time has gone on, it has become progressively worse. Cox support has been little to no help so I am trying to gather as much "ammunition" as possible to see if a truck roll is necessary. I have verified the connections coming into the house are snug and did not notice any corrosion on the connectors. My modem is an Arris SB6183. It's been power cycled within the last 4 hours. Any suggestions?
I can barely make 150mpbs down and not even 1mbps up.
EDIT: I have also had a loss test running to what I am guessing is the CMTS. The results speak for themselves.
