I'm wanting to cancel my service, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that online, and I'm completely unable to reach Cox by phone because of an insanely long wait time, at the end of which my call gets dropped.
Is there any other way to contact them besides driving down to a cox store? I tried finding the live chat, but the links are all circular references, so I never get to any actual chat session.
I HATE COX COMMUNICATIONS!!!!
