I just got my Cox service reconnected after having U-verse for about 9 months, and I’m having a ton of frustrating stability issues.
I first activated with a SB6190, on the Ultimate tier, and I had great service. Speed tests were never below 350ish, and I had zero packet loss or timeouts.
I then switched to a CM8200, and since then, my speed tests struggle to hit 300. Last night, the connection was hardly working (I would have to refresh pages before they’d load, etc) and it happened again this morning. I couldn’t even access the modem’s interface until I rebooted it. Speed tests would time out (“latency test failed”) and web pages wouldn’t load.
I’ve attached signals from last night after reboot and again today.
Any insight is appreciated.
