[VA] At the time of this post incoming Cox email is down

Talking with Support an estimate, quality unknown, of 24 hours til fix was given. Northern Virginia, possibly elsewhere, too. [symptom - send email to a Cox account from "outside" and nothing is received (don't know if queued up for eventual delivery). Outgoing email is as fast as ever (send email FROM Cox to "outside" - it's there in seconds]
