I noticed today that I could not reach any of my websites (markheadrick.com ). Nor can I reach the Hosting Company at surpasshosting.com or their parent company hostdime.com

Naturally I can't reach the hosting company's ticket system LOL. Left them messages on Facebook. Could be that specific level3.xe-1-5.edge2.mco01.hostdime.com hop or the one right after it which isn't used when going from a different part of the country or with a different ISP. I'm sure there's nothing Cox can do about it.
