[LA] Charge for a service call

I've had intermittent outages with excuses it's my equipment.....each time they want to send someone out, I say it doesn't matter because it will be working fine when the tech comes but about twice each week it goes out for hours. So, after telling them to fix whatever their problem is, they decide I need to see a tech. I let them know I'm not paying for a service call and they tell me no worries, but they do want to fix my problem. A nice contracted worker comes out, doesn't do anything but come in my house and see things are working fine. Looks at his phone and says "your signals are great", so he goes to leave and I say, "I'm not paying for this call" and he tells me its not even set up for a charge. 5 days later I get a bill and there's a $75 charge on it. Nice try Cox-suckers, I'm looking forward to hearing the excuses on it this time because it's the 3rd time they've done this to me in one year. The next time I call and they say, "thank you for being a 27 year customer" I'm going to puke!
