I have already gone over my 1,024GB cap for this billing period. Using the data usage meter, I am over by 101GB. I failed to receive any sort of notification other than logging into my Cox account and checking my dashboard. I have alert notifications for data usage set for e-mail enabled. I didn't receive any e-mail notification that I had approached and gone through my data cap. I thought there was supposed to be browser notification also?
Has anyone actually gotten a data usage alert that they are approaching the cap, or gone over? Notification alerts are supposed to go out at 85%, 100%, and 125%.
