So I've been having a problem with my Cox internet in Irvine, CA where once a month the modem just seems to go batshit insane for a little period of time, and then for the next month it's all good again. This just happened today again for the 3rd month in a row now, and I captured it happening in May and June, but don't have April's logs unfortunately. The logs show the modem just goes crazy with no ranging response errors and RCS partial service errors, and all the bonded downstream channels spike to over 35,000 uncorrectables when previously they were all at 0. Shortly after it happened today I saw a Cox truck out in front of the neighborhood messing around with a box open, so I'm not sure what any of this means, but I'm just wondering if I should call Cox and have them come out and look at anything or if I should just let Cox do their thing.
