I wasn't sure if posting this in the overall forum would get more eyeballs on this than keeping it in the Connecticut group, so I've decided to post it here. This is one of those issues that I just know that calling tech support would do nothing for, and so I'm hoping someone who works for Cox or someone who knows someone who works for Cox sees this and knows the right people to talk to in order to have it looked at.
I live in Connecticut and am on the Meriden Cox system. This entire baseball season so far, NESN HD (channel 1032) has suffered from very frequent audio hiccups / glitches. It's the only channel it happens on. Picture stays perfect, but these glitches just occur quite often, and while they are overall sort of quiet, when you're watching a baseball game they can get pretty annoying, pretty quickly.
When I first noticed the problem, I was using a Tivo Bolt. I have since switched over to an HDHomeRun Prime, and the glitch is still there. What's interesting is on the Tivo they sounded more like the audio was skipping slightly, whereas through the HDHomeRun Prime it sounds more like a "digital" hiccup, for lack of a better term.
Nearly all of my friends and family are from outside of town, and the ones I do know all have DirecTV, so I'm unable to have someone else confirm it for me. However, the fact that there is no issue on any other channel makes me think it's very unlikely that it's a problem that only I'm having.
Here's a link to a short clip I made that illustrates the glitches:

You can hear them (in varying degrees) at 0:08, 0:12, 0:37 and 0:39. If you listen for them at those times, you'll hear them.
So I guess I'm actually looking to two things here: 1) Someone from Cox who may be able to contact the right people to have this checked out, and 2) Someone else with Cox in Connecticut (preferably on the Meriden system, but someone from the Manchester system would still be useful for diagnosis) to see if they are experiencing the same thing, and also what equipment you're using to watch it with.
Thanks in advance.
