I recently bought an Arris Surfboard SBG6580-2 to replace my Cox leased modem & save me $10/mo. Nothing major, but I am having a few issues, specifically, I seem to be having some connectivity issues when trying to play GTA Online ("disconnected due to unexpected network error"...every 5-10 minutes this will happen) and, despite all resources I've found claiming this to be an ipv6 supported/capable gateway, there doesn't seem to be any ipv6 configuration options or capabilities I'm able to use/access. I figured I might just need my firmware updated, but searching online has shown me I will need that update to come from cox and won't find anything I could do myself. According to my device info page, I have hardware version 3 and am currently running firmware version D30GW-SEAEAGLE-1.5.2.7-GA-00-NOSH. Any suggestions/help towards resolving my issues is greatly appreciated. Oh, and I've already tried putting my Xbox in the DMZ as well as forwarding/opening all Xbox live ports with no improvement/success (but this wouldn't have helped the ipv6 issue I also have).
