Does using HBO Go count against the caps? Or is that included with the cable subscription.
My phone provider has a 2.3 gig cap limit but it goes to 3G speeds, which is what we currently get. No 4G here. About 1.5 down/650 up.
What type of bandwidth is required to use this?
