SB6141 what firmware version do you have?

Hi all, My SB6141 was on SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.16-SCM00-NOSH firmware from Feb 16, 2016. I was on the phone with COX Tech support (level 2) trying to figure out how to lower my Downstream Power levels (im sitting at 10) and they said that recommended firmware is actually 2 years older Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.14-SCM01-NOSH from Mar 6 2014 15:23:55 And pushed that to my Modem. That didnt change the power levels or anything, but I am curious as to what fw others are on? Ive had this modem for 2.5 years, and it was originally on 1.0.6.14, but then at some point was updated to 1.0.6.16 by COX... but now downgraded manually? If thats their recommended why didnt it auto downgrade? Anyone aware of a problem with 1.0.6.16 FW? Or was the guy that downgraded me today wrong and it will get pushed the new FW automatically at some later time? How often does that happen by the way? Does it check for recommended FW every 24 hours or something? Side question, anyone knows if there is later FW than 1.0.6.16? My issue that I am experiencing is Modem locking up (not rebooting but locking up) when upload pipe is saturated. The problem has been there since day 1 and there are many threads on it here. Unfortunately in 3+ years that hasnt been a solution other than QoS limiting upload pipe on the router. However that doesnt work for me because enabling QoS disables Hardware NAT, which lowers my router throughput from 1 Gigabit to around 110 Megabit. So I cant turn on QoS. I need to solve it on Modem level not hack a workaround via Router bottle-necking. Ofcourse I could also replace the modem with another brand (Cisco DPC3010?) but thats throwing money at the problem, which is also not ideal.
