So, Is Contour essentially just an ADD-On service that allows you the privilege of viewing what you already get on your TV via your present Cable subscription, on your Tablets and smartphones?
Or do you get something else?

What it is Is I am a present customer. I am paying $90.57 (Arkansas) for Cable TV and getting the Starter / Essential tiers.
But when I go to this page: https://www.cox.com/residential/tv.html
It shows the CONTOUR $64.99 and says nothing of requiring CABLE service, nor that I have to be a NEW CUSTOMER.
So, Wife went in to local office and he told her it would be basically exactly what we are getting now with Tablet ability and more cost.
At the Bottom of the Page it has a disclaimer that says: Offers expire 09/25/17 and are available to new residential customers in Cox service areas.
But what about Existing customer? How much would Contour be then?
What If I drop my CABLE and just went Contour? Is that even possible?
Then I am not looking for a Bundle. I already have Internet through COX, I do not want PHONE.
So, I am slightly lost on this.
Any Insight would be great because the Pages and the Customer Counter service are less than STELLAR.
