This issue has been going on for about a year now.
During certain times of the day, I can almost predict the next disconnection. It will only last 30 seconds or so and reconnect, but it may be followed by more disconnections within a 5 minute period.
I think my downstream power looks great, SNR hovering almost exactly at 40 and out of the 8 down channels, power levels ranging from 0 to -2, with one at -3.
Only issue with the downstream is, one channel has correctables/uncorrectables about 1000x higher than any other channel at 298573/8423948.
The event log on my modem when it happens is
Critical 3 - Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - ...
My upstream channels hover around 40, but when the disconnect occurs, one of my four upstream channels hike up to around 49dBmV, and possibly 50 but I'm not able to login fast enough to see the exact power.
So I'm thinking it has something to do with the upstream channel hiking up causing a momentary disconnection and the abnormally high correctable/uncorrectable.
Any thoughts on this issue? And why it seems to happen during certain times almost down to the minute?
