New problem with email - outgoing this time

Using run-of-the-mill encrypted email transport to/from "Cox", this new message is appearing: "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 4.2.0 Internal queueing error. Please check the message and try again." Simply retrying the send without touching the email contents or addressing has worked each time however the error is relatively new.
