Anyone having really slow speed (down and up) in San Diego area? i'm in 92115 area. Just started to happen couple days ago around evening time, my speed went down to like less than 10Mbps and upload went down to 0.3-0.5Mbps and I have Premiere Package (300 down / 10 up). Already reset my modem and router many times.
