We moved back into our house after last year's floods. I happened to stop by a Cox booth in a local WalMart to see what, if anything, had changed, so I asked. The rep made particular mention of "no more contracts". On visiting https://www.cox.com/aboutus/policies/service-agreement-24.html one can't help but notice what appears to be a contradiction of that, at least to me it does.
What's the real deal? Is there is or is there ain't a pre-defined period of service that is mandatory for new accounts or the re-opening/re-activation of ones halted or suspended by acts of God, like what we here in Louisiana experienced last summer?
