So this is the third day in a row I've experienced my internet slowing down to speeds near unbearable with it's regular speed test being up to 10+ mbps before these events happened. Since it's Sunday I'm unavailable to call Cox today but I thought I'd still get some input as to what's happening currently. After fighting with the router (Linksys E2500) for a few hours & eventually resetting it, I finally noticed the blinking orange "Link" light in my modem (Cisco DPQ3212) which I'm assuming can't be too good. I guided myself from the previous thread:

And assumed I'm having similar problems so I'll leave some of my information down here, the only problem being that I have no idea how to pull an error log from my modem itself:
