everytime it rains and everytime the lights go out my ups/generator kicks in but the cox connection goes out instantly. will they add any kind of backup to the node or cox lines? the att uverse connection stays up for hours so they have some kind of backup but cox has NO redundancy. i can understand after a few hours of an outage but they don't even have a battery backup. will cox ever add any kind of backup to thier system?
