I am at a loss now. My modem (Cisco DPC3010) has been a flawless device. But for the last month now, it keeps rescanning/rebooting.
I've gone through and reset the modem manually (repeatedly), re-did all my connectors, replaced the splitter, swapped the modem and cable box connections, but it keeps rebooting/rescanning.
Anyone have any other suggestions, besides making the preverbal phone call?
