After the ongoing fiasco with the SB6190 I went and got a CM600 yesterday. Hooked it up and had it provisioned with no issue. Noticed it was running the 1.05 firmware and just checked and it hasn't been updated to the 1.06 that Cox has issued yet. What can I do to have that firmware pushed to the modem?
I ask because about midnight last night I lost all connectivity. It has ran perfectly for about 8 hours with zero events in the log and not even a single corrected error across all 24 channels... then poof, I had nothing. Got a ton of B-INIT-RNG Failure - Retries exceeded and T3 timeouts. It was all reconnected this morning when I woke up and haven't had any problems since. I'm withholding any concern about last night until I have the new firmware and just chalking it up as a one time incident for now... even if the two are most likely unrelated.
As always, any help is greatly appreciated.
