Earlier this week the internet, tv, and phone all went out in my home. Nothing was working after countless resets and power cycles. We had a Cox technician come out and fix the problem and everything started working again. When I go to test the internet and check the channels I see I have now have 4 channel upstream bonding instead of 1. So I check SpeedTest and it shows 20mb up instead of the usual 5Mb. I am super happy.
Today however, when I go to stream on twitch.tv with a bitrate of 3000 or 3Mb, I get constant drops. I start testing other sites and see I am only getting around 3Mb upload on those tests while Speedtest still shows 20Mb.
I have a Surfboard SB6121 Modem and a Cisco E2000 router.
If anybody knows who to fix this or what I can do please let me know. I called support but they gave me the usual "power cycle and delete browser cache"...
