Cox has screwed the pooch again. I have 3 static IP's for @ 6 years now on a business contract.
They just last month decided that I only had 2 and needed to pay for a 3rd. WTF?
I have 3 routers downstream from the 1 modem. Users on the one modem with disabled static IP were SOL all day. As I was fielding calls from @ 30 users threatening to "fire' me.
I finally got a "tier 2" level support that figured out how to "enable" the static IP they'd "disabled" do to utter and completely unqualified admin staffers in the Cox domain. Yes, I'm extremely upset with Cox. Why are we subject to this? Please tell me why?
