What the heck???
How can an ISP take down their service for freaking 7 hours and not send out a notice to their users. This type of crap causes people to cancel service as I will be doing tomorrow. So for anyone that keeps lossing their internet connection, no use wasting your time to fix the issue because on the Cox voice prompt support call center states they have taken down all services to do maintenance from 12am to 7a.
I demand an refund back on my bill for these 7 hours of no service for TV and Internet, also I will be asking for a refund from the multiple days of no email from their last service interruption.
