A lot has changed recently, but I cannot find out specifically if Cox Cloud Drive and Backup service counts against the new bandwidth 1TB usage limit per month or not.
I have not ever used this service as I didn't want to go over my usage limit. But if it is not counted currently, I may want to try it.
