Not sure if anyone has seen this but I saw this looking at my data meter. This was taken directly from Cox.
Usage Over Your Data Plan
For Cox customers located in the Cleveland, OH, Florida, and Georgia service areas, if you exceed your data plan, we automatically add an additional 50 GB block of data to your data plan for $10 each. Blocks are provided only when needed and do not affect your Internet package. There is no change to the speed or quality of your Internet service if you exceed your data plan.
Note: You can upgrade anytime to an Internet package that will provide you with faster speeds. Go to www.cox.com/learnmore for upgrade information or to view Internet packages.
To help our customers in the Florida and Georgia service areas get accustomed to this change, we are providing a grace period for two consecutive bill cycles (about 60 days) before we begin charging for additional blocks.
The grace period starts with data usage cycles that begin on November 21, 2016.
During the grace period, any charges you may incur for exceeding your data plan will be reflected on your bill statement along with an automatic matching grace period credit.
Beginning with bills dated January 23, 2017, grace period credits will no longer apply.
Content managed by Cox included in Cox-provided services do not count toward data usage.

Note: Third party content and content identified as part of Internet services on receivers or TVGO in the Contour app may count toward data usage.
