I was surprised to find out that gigablast is now available for my area (85022). When I called to set it up, the customer service rep said that someone would be contacting me in the next 48hrs so we can schedule the install.
Is this the experience those with gigablast had? How long did you have to wait for someone to contact you ?
Update: Apparently, I was wrongly informed and set up for something that couldn't be done. GB is not available in my area and cox is "sorry for the confusion". I really wish we had more ISP's to choose from, this is bs.
