Does anyone know if Cox blocks/filters incoming TCP/UDP connections to residential IPv6 assignments? I've been browsing just fine for the last couple months using my assigned v6 prefix but tried for the first time the other day to connect remotely to one of my device's v6 address only for it to timeout. The port I'm using is not listed in Cox's list of known blocked ports and I've gone so far as to packet capture my WAN interface on my router and don't even see the packets arriving there which leads me to believe something upstream is filtering. IPv6 pings work just fine remotely so this appears to be limited TCP/UDP traffic.
Anyone have any insight?
