Had a transfer of service from an apartment to a house built in the last 5 years and was expecting my service to improve not get worse. I keep getting a lot of drops , with these two items showing in my modem logs "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" and "RCS Partial Service". My setup is a cable from the wall to a spilter that has an sb 6190 and a Cisco dpq3212 emta phone modem on it. my SNR is on the low end and the power looks like its on the edge of operating range. Cox hasn't been to helpful so far....
