Last week signed up for a deal for converting to Contour 2 from my older SA DVR. The deal was on Cox's web site. Even got confirmation for the appt I scheduled late this afternoon.
No guy shows up.
I called Cox.
The "deal" or "campaign" was not supposed to still be available at the time it was on the web. Guy didn't show up because my order was canceled due a "system issue".
They could complete my request to update to the 2 tuner Contour 2 for MORE money. Of course, what was I thinking.
Not going to give Cox more money.
The only option I have is to is call the loyalty office tomorrow.
And that is not correct. I have other options my dear support person including doing nothing.
Geez Cox. The offer was on YOUR WEB SITE!
