High Uncorrectables on only 5 channels?

I've noticed some speed issues the last few weeks with my 150mbps tier internet using an SB6190. I finally got around to investigating and when I pulled up the status page for the modem I noticed ALL of my channels had a high uncorrectables count. I just happen to run some software that runs a fast.com and speedtest.net test once per hour, so I was able to track the issue back to my average download speeds being 150mbps dropping to about 22mbps ever since between 11am and 12pm on September 12th. After restarting my modem I noticed my speeds return to roughly 100mbps, but upon checking the status page again I noticed that channels 16-20 were still having issues. I restarted the modem again, and after it came back online I ran a fast.com speed test three times. The attached image is the result after less than 5 minutes of uptime and three speed tests. The numbers continue to go up extremely and only on those channels. I'm not quite sure where to go from here. I only have the Premier internet service through Cox so I'm suspecting something like a trap or filter was installed on my line, but I honestly have no idea. Any thoughts? Thanks!
