Cox recently installed a new Cisco DPC3825 and now I can no longer VPN to my office network. I am trying to connect using a Windows 7 Pro PC using PPTP. I get errors 629 and 691 on the PC. I am using the correct U/N and P/W. I have VPN Passthrough enabled on the Cisco. I've tried lots of different combinations on the Cisco (port forwarding, firewall, et al.) and on the Win 7 PC (firewall et al.) without luck.
I can VPN to the office from outside the home, so I think it is an issue with the Cisco or the home service. BTW, Cox is the ISP at the office too. Any ideas?
